Ukraine will not make territorial concessions, but it's ready to discuss a multi-stage peace plan, said Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Chmyhal.
"Ukraine is a sovereign and independent country whose borders are recognised by the international community. We do not and cannot discuss territorial losses," he noted at a press conference.
The head of the Ukrainian government stressed that Ukraine would need peace guarantees to prevent Russia from attacking again in the future.
"We need and are asking for concrete security guarantees from the United States, Europe and the G7 countries. This is of existential importance not only for Ukraine, but also for the European Union," he continued.
